Healthy eating + exercising 1 hour a day, 6 days a week. Nothing crazy. No extreme diets. No hours spent in the gym daily. Hell, I don’t even have a gym membership.

Hey. i know its hard, remember you need patience. CArdio is the greatest thing to lost weight to tone, i do a lot of different exercises. I actually watch home videos on youtube by these two girls, check them out… youtube.com/toneitup . Good luck, love! :)
